Mixing Liquid can also be used to adhere Mehron’s Paradise Glitter and GlitterDust for a long wearing, dramatic look with zero fallout. Available in a convenient .5 oz. size or a large 4.5 oz. bottle.

How to Use

Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create a metallic liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and washes off easily with soap and water.
