What if I can’t find what I’m looking for

Please email us (support@arenade.ph) the item/s you want to order and we can process it for you, given that the mode of payment is Paypal, bank deposit or online funds transfer. We will not accept credit card payments via email for the security of your banking information. Arenade customer service representatives will not ask you for your credit card information through email, chat, or phone. If you wish to purchase with your credit card, please do so through our Arenade.ph secure online payment system.

How do I track my order?

 

How do I pay?

Via Paypal

  1. Click on Paypal as your desired payment option
  2. Login to your Paypal account
  3. Confirm payment of Invoice

Via Online Transfer

  1. Ensure that transfer to anyone has been activated in your online account
  2. Select Bank Deposit/Online Transfer as your desired payment option upon checkout
  3. Wait for an email confirmation with the bank details and further instructions
  4. Enter details in mobile app or webpage. Do not forget to enter your order number in the reference section whenever possible.
  5. Send a photo or screenshot of your confirmed deposit via Contact Us page, Chat With Us page or Email at support@arenade.ph
  6. Wait for payment confirmation email within 24 hours

Via Bank Deposit

Please note that provincial banks may sometimes charge a service fee. Please ensure that you have the correct amount to deposit (total amount paid less bank service fee).

  1. Select Bank Deposit as your desired payment option upon checkout
  2. Wait for an email confirmation with the bank details and further instructions
  3. Deposit payment to through your desired bank
  4. Send a photo of your deposit slip via Contact Us page, Chat With Us page or Email at support@arenade.ph
  5. Wait for your payment confirmation email within 24 hours

When will my order arrive?

For orders made through the website, they will arrive in 6-12 business days from the date of payment. Otherwise, it would have been indicated in our item page. 

For personalized orders, they will arrive 5-11 working days from the day we receive your item at our US warehouse. 

Please note for deliveries outside Metro Manila, there will be an additional 2-5 business days in transit time.

You may check the order tracking section in your Arenade account for the exact status of your order.

What if I don’t have my order number? (Checked out as guest)

In case you missed the confirmation sent to your email address, you may email us at support@arenade.ph or call us at +63 (2) 415-5637 together with whatever details that you may have such as your billing address, shipping address, ordered items and what ever information you may have for us to retrieve your order number.

Can I order without signing up for an account?

Although we encourage everyone to sign up for an account, you may opt to checkout as guest to make the checkout process as quick as possible. Simply checkout once you have added everything to your cart and select the guest option in the following page.

Can I call/e-mail Arenade to place an order?

Yes! You may call us at +63 (2) 415-5637 or email us at support@arenade.ph. Just let us know what you want and we'll guide you through the rest.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Should you wish to view the details of your purchases, you may check the orders section under my account.

Why is my coupon not working?

Most coupons have a minimum spend amount and an expiration date. Please check the terms and conditions of your coupon. If you received the code via email, the expiry date and other information was indicated there.

Can I pick up my order at the Arenade Office?

Pick up hours run from 1pm-5pm during business days at #120, 9th St. Caloocan City, Metro Manila, 1400. 

Can Arenade deliver to an international addresses?

Arenade does not offer international shipping from the Philippines to another country.
