Domestic Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

Same Day Deliveries and Pickup from Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 5PM. Only orders made before 4PM will be processed. Please chat with us fb.com/arenade.ph or call/text/viber 09171100716.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 3 pm Philippine Time through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Shipping rate for Gogo Express is fixed at ₱200.00 (delivery takes 2-5 Business days), for Grab/ Lalamove please coordinate with us through sms/ viber at 09171100716.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.
