How To Use
Step 1: Your shoes' current insoles are probably removable - take them out first.
Step 2: Place insoles into shoes to test for size.
Step 3: If needed, trim along the outline (on bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Step 4: Insert insole into shoe gel-side down.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at first signs of wear.
How It Works
When you’re on your feet all day, the muscles in your feet and legs can become fatigued from working to support your body. This can leave you with tired, achy feet and could slow you down.
Dr. Scholl’s Comfort & Energy Stimulating Step Insoles provide support and cushioning which helps reduce muscle fatigue, with nodes & comfort pads that stimulate key pressure points on the bottom of your foot for extra massaging action. This helps you feel more energized throughout the day.
Tired, Achy Feet Slow You Down
Anyone can get sore, achy and tired feet. However, it is more likely to occur in people with flat or high-arched feet. It can also occur in people who are overweight, people who work on their feet all day and/or people who are not used to being on their feet who suddenly engage in a higher level of activity. The problem with tired, achy feet is that it keeps you from moving at your best. It can even affect your mood and may lead to more serious foot issues.

Muscle Fatigue
As the name implies, muscle fatigue is the name for a broad condition in which your feet or legs feel sore, achy or just tired. It may not be anything serious, but having muscle fatigue can make it difficult to fully live the busy life you want to live. Muscle fatigue can have a single symptom or several, including swelling, soreness, or a general achiness.
