This is a Wheat Grass JUICE Powder, not just a Wheat Grass Powder. What's the difference? Good question! Most other Wheat Grass Powders are just ground up, dried out, powder. It has some nutrients but you are missing out on all the health benefits that come from the natural juices found in the wheatgrass.Our unique freeze-drying method, called BioActive Dehydration, allows us to keep the juices in so we can retain the natural qualities of fresh juice. When reconstituted in water the juice is virtually identical to freshly squeezed juice with essentially no degradation of color, flavor, aroma, enzymes, and nutrition.
Our BioActive Dehydration process works so that the product temperature never exceeds 106ºF (41ºC) and is above body temperature (98.6ºF) for less than 2 minutes. This way all those nutrients aren't being burned out of your wheatgrass.
